The Platinum membership is something for frequent flyers, travel professionals, and for business class and first class travelers.

WHAT IS AN ERROR FARE ?

Basically, an error fare is a glitch. Due to technical issues, or more often, human error, a product (such as an airfare) will turn up online for significantly lower than the regular price.  That’s what our members like to see!
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK THAT THE AIRLINE MAY CANCEL AND REFUND THE TICKET.
But we have some good experience with other error fare flights. Check our handpicked deals!

DO YOU PROVIDE LOUNGES AT AIRPORTS?

No! We don’t provide lounge access at any airport. We are not a frequent flyer program. We are just a travel community with ultimate travel deals. 

DO YOU CAN HELP ME TO FIND A SPECIFIC DEAL?

We’d love to help – the thing is, our club has grown so big in such a short space of time that we simply can’t keep up with the mountain of requests flying in. We are constantly searching for cheap flights all over the world, so keep an eye on our Member Club and Premium Club, also check our Deal Alerts.  You can post your requests in our forum, the commumity and our team will help you.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER & DEAL ALERTS?

At the end of each newsletter / deal alert mail, you have the option to unsubscribe and modify your deal alerts subscriptions.
