HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CREDIT CAARD DETAILS ON A EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION?

To update your credit card details for an existing subscription, you can typically do so through the payment platform you originally used —we use Stripe and PayPal. Here’s how you can update your payment information on both:

1. Stripe: (credit card)

  • If your subscription was set up through Stripe, you likely received a confirmation email that includes a link to manage your subscription. Click on this link to update your payment details.
    Or please contact us, we will send the link for you.

2. PayPal:

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Go to the “Settings” (gear icon) at the top right corner.
  • Click on “Payments.”
  • Under “Manage automatic payments,” select “Negara AG or World Traveler Club AG”
  • Update your payment method by adding a new card or editing the existing one.

In both cases, ensure that your new credit card is active and has sufficient funds to avoid any interruptions in your subscription service.

WHAT IS AN ERROR FARE ?

An error fare is a pricing mistake made by airlines or booking platforms, often resulting in significantly discounted flights.  Basically, an error fare is a glitch. Due to technical issues, or more often, human error, a product (such as an airfare) will turn up online for significantly lower than the regular price.  That’s what our members like to see!
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK THAT THE AIRLINE MAY CANCEL AND REFUND THE TICKET.
But we have some good experience with error fare flights we found in the past.

DO YOU PROVIDE LOUNGES AT AIRPORTS?

No! We don’t provide lounge access at any airport. We are not a frequent flyer program. We are just a travel community with ultimate travel deals. 

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER & DEAL ALERTS?

At the end of each newsletter / deal alert mail, you have the option to unsubscribe and modify your deal alerts subscriptions.
